First, please rest assured that JOYON DECO DIY Deck Tiles are built to last. We back up our commitment to delivering high-quality, long-lasting products with up to 18 months of limited warranty for residential home applications and up to 12 months for commercial applications.
Provided that the tiles are installed following our specifications and guidelines. If your floor tiles are installed according to our instructions.

For purposes of this warranty, a residential application’ shall refer to an installation of the JOYON DECO product on an individual residence, and a ‘commercial application’ shall refer to any installation of the JOYON DECO product other than on an individual residence. All warranties are subject to the exclusions, limitations, and restrictions set forth below.

JOYON DECO does not warrant against and is not responsible for, and no implied warranty shall be deemed to cover, any product failure, product malfunction, or damages attributable to:

(1) improper installation of the JOYON DECO products and failure to abide by JOYON DECO installation guidelines, including but not limited to improper gapping.
(2) use of the JOYON DECO products beyond normal use, or in an application not recommended by JOYON DECO guidelines and local building codes.
(3) movement, distortion, collapse, or settling of the ground or the supporting structure on which the JOYON DECO Products are installed.
(4) any act of God (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmental condition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.).
(5) JOYON DECO Products normal wear and tear by exposure to sunlight, weather, and atmospheres such as scratching, fading, discoloring, or colored surface flakes, chalk, accumulated dirt or stains, and non-structural cracks.
(6) Improper handling, storage, abuse, or neglect of the JOYON DECO Products by the purchaser, or user. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining its effectiveness, fitness, suitability, and safety.

Any product that is not properly stored, handled, installed, or used in accordance with the instructions, technical information, maintenance, and cleaning instructions provided by the Company, and the conditions listed in the exclusions above, will not be covered by the Company's limited warranty.
JOYON DECO reserves the final right of interpretation for all products produced and sold.
